REFUND POLICY



  1. CANCELLATION



    1. All orders (custom and non-custom): free cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation if production has not started.

    2. Custom orders: after 24 hours or once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible. If production has not started, a non-refundable custom design fee of $40 (or % of the order value, if stated at checkout) applies; the remainder is refundable.

    3. Non-custom orders: after 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed. If you request for a refund after the 24 hour period, you will be eligible for a 70% refund.



  1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS



    1. Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect (see Section 4). If production of your custom product has not started, you can ask for a refund, in any case custom design fee of $40 is not refundable.

    2. Minor differences in color/shade due to monitor settings, printing processes, or the natural characteristics of materials, as well as minor deviations in dimensions, which are common in this area of trade, are not considered defects.

    3. In the event of confirmed defects/damage (see section 4), we offer repair or replacement; if this is not possible or disproportionate, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law.



  1. NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS



    1. You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (exceptions apply for personalized products, see Section 2).

    2. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

    3. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all inserts. If the products are handled in a way that reduces their value, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.

    4. Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the safe delivery of the returned items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

    5. If you paid for an upgraded delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded.

    6. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned products or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.



  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS



    1. Upon receipt of the products, check the packaging and the product itself.

    2. Notify us of any visible transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, and of any hidden defects within a reasonable period of time after their discovery. Please include photos (outer box, inner packaging, label, close-up photos of the product).

    3. We may first offer repair or replacement. If this is not possible or disproportionate, we may offer a price reduction or a refund.

    4. You must keep all packaging until the claim has been resolved; we may ask you to return the products or part of them.



  1. MISSING STOLEN OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS



    1. If the carrier marks the shipment as "delivered," the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss/theft after delivery (e.g., theft from the porch). Please contact the carrier and local authorities with your claim.

    2. Unclaimed, refused, undeliverable shipments (incorrect address, not picked up, access issues): if they are returned to us, we can resend them once you pay the two-way carrier fees and handling fees. If you refuse reshipment, any discretionary refunds will be deducted from the two-way shipping/handling fees and any non-refundable carrier surcharges.



  1. RETURN COSTS



    1. The customer pays the return shipping costs, unless we explicitly approve a prepaid label (e.g., in the case of a confirmed defect, at our discretion).

    2. You must mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" and complete the customs forms correctly. Any customs/duties/brokerage fees applicable to the return, or non-refundable initial import charges, are your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

    3. We recommend using shipment tracking and insurance services. Loss or damage during return shipping is at your risk until the shipment is delivered to us.



  1. EXCLUSIONS



    1. You cannot return the products:

      1. Customized/personalized products, except those that are defective/damaged.

      2. Products that have been used, soiled, altered, or returned without their original packaging/components.

      3. Final sale or clearance products, if specified.

    2. We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.



  1. EXCHANGES



    1. Exchanges are handled as returns (if eligible) and new orders. We do not reserve stock for exchanges or price changes.



  1. REFUND METHOD



    1. Refunds will only be paid using the same payment method used to make the payment.

    2. Processing time depends on your bank or payment service provider. We will refund amounts immediately once the conditions set out in this policy have been met.



  1. POLICY UPDATES



    1. We may update this policy periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase governs that order.
